磐基恒瑞文化有限公司总部位于北京，致力于在全球范围内以多元方式传播、促进当代艺术及文化的影响。为机构、收藏家和艺术爱好者提供在一、二级市场艺术收藏的咨询服务，以及从展览方面专业全面的规划管理方案，持续为艺术家在非营利机构、出版业、艺术跨界和艺术家版权等方面带来更多可能性。磐基恒瑞文化有限公司的目标是通过项目合作实现艺术构想，并将其带给广泛的跨文化受众群体，以获取新的视角可视化和概念化当代艺术世界。
磐基恒瑞文化有限公司由贾伟和来梦馨于2016年创立，是SPURS Gallery（马刺画廊）的注册母公司。
Cornerstone Art Ltd is a Beijing-based company working internationally in the arts and culture sector. Cornerstone Art provides curatorial expertise, educational support for institutions and businesses, advisory services for collectors, consultancy in secondary market sales, as well as communications and art project management. Conceiving of art production as an interplay between artists, spaces, communications, and the public, the aim of Cornerstone Art is to help realize artistic visions in co-operation with their project partners, and bring them to wide cross-cultural audiences for new perspectives of visualizing and conceptualizing the contemporary world.
Cornerstone Art Ltd, the registered company for SPURS Gallery, was founded by JIA WEI and SHERRY LAI in 2016.

Cornerstone maintains a close creative relationship with a roster of artists for productive collaborations with museums and institutions worldwide, curating exhibitions, organizing educational programs, and helping to realize site-specific work and public art projects. Fostering a global dialogue, we link artists and spaces and engender artistic collaborations across media and genres.

MANAGING PARTNER
磐基恒瑞文化有限公司管理合伙人，毕业于美国佐治亚大学Terry商学院硕士。最初是英国红楼基金会在中国的首席代表，负责协助建立其收藏品，通过不同方式支持中国当代艺术。从2009年到2015年担任保利拍卖现当代艺术部总经理，北京保利拍卖荣登中国拍卖行业榜首、跻身世界拍卖前三，贾伟从中起到了巨大的作用。在整个职业生涯中，她一直以开拓艺术领域，发展新市场、维护中国日益壮大的收藏群体为主要目标，锲而不舍，孜孜以求。2016年，贾伟转战一级市场，同年作为管理合伙人加入博而励画廊（2020年起更名为马刺画廊），并与来梦馨一同创立磐基恒瑞文化有限公司。
A graduate from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Jia Wei started her career as representative for the London-based Red Mansion Foundation, helping to build a collection and supporting contemporary Chinese art on the global scene. From 2009, she was Head of the Poly Auctions Group in Beijing as an expert in Chinese art, contributing to Poly’s success as China’s biggest auction house and one of the top three world-wide. In 2016, Jia Wei moved into the primary market and joined Boers-Li Gallery (SPURS Gallery since 2020) as a managing partner and co-founder of Cornerstone Art Ltd.
